Additional Information
Product Description
The CRYOTECAR equipment features the following therapies:
Tecarterapy (TECAR – Capacitive and Resistive Electric Transfer Therapy)
Radiofrequency
Cryotecartherapy (CRIOTECAR)
Cryofrequency
Fractionated Cryofrequency
Fractionated Radiofrequency
TECARTHERAPY and RADIOFREQUENCY are non-invasive therapies that utilize capacitive and/or resistive applicators, aiming to promote tissue heating, which assists in the temporary improvement of skin flaccidity, cellulite treatment, and localized fat treatment. Consequently, these therapies can be used for treatments in facial, body, and intimate aesthetics.
Cryotecartherapy (CRIOTECAR) and Cryofrequency feature cooled tips that allow for a more comfortable increase in tissue temperature, aiding in the temporary improvement of skin flaccidity and the reduction of localized fat.
TECARTHERAPY, RADIOFREQUENCY, CRIOTECARTHERAPY, and CRYOFREQUENCY technologies can be used as monopolar and bipolar, with two types of electromagnetic wave emission: capacitive, where energy transfer occurs through an anodized aluminum tip, keeping electric charges closer to the applicator and promoting more superficial heating; and resistive, which transfers energy through a stainless steel tip, promoting temperature increase in deeper tissues.
FRACTIONATED CRYOFREQUENCY and FRACTIONATED RADIOFREQUENCY feature specific tips where energy distribution occurs in small, equidistant points, producing microscopic columns of thermal lesions in the epidermis and upper dermis, promoting the temporary improvement of skin flaccidity, and can be used in facial and body aesthetics.

Cryofrequency and Cryotecartherapy
Cryotecartherapy (Criotecar) and Cryofrequency are the association of the cooling effects of Cryotherapy and the heat of Radiofrequency being delivered to the tissue simultaneously. Both technologies feature cooled tips that allow for a more comfortable increase in tissue temperature, aiding in the improvement of skin flaccidity and the reduction of localized fat.
If fractionated radiofrequency does not have microneedles, how does the ablation process work?
In other equipment with Fractionated Radiofrequency, the use of microneedles is common, as the technology generates a current between them, creating a heat network. Since needles are used, the treatment is generally invasive. However, this is not the case with Cryotecar, as applicators were developed to resemble microneedles but are flat at the tip—meaning there is no puncture and no need for disposal, as is required with invasive options. For sanitization, you simply autoclave them.
But now you might be wondering: if in Fractionated Radiofrequency with microneedles they make micro-punctures in the skin and help stimulate the healing process for collagen production, how does it work in Cryotecar? Well, this aesthetic device is the only one that performs tissue ablation through thermal lesions, causing a healing process that also produces collagen, making it highly effective for skin flaccidity.
Fractionated Radiofrequency allows you to treat skin flaccidity, stretch marks, intimate aesthetics, wrinkles, and expression lines—and now in a much more comfortable and optimized way.
